In white, colour the eyes and cute wee wings. Do a thin layer in white and let it dry, then paint the 2nd layer to get the opaque finish you see here. Add a few white highlights to the plants as well.
Painting too thick too fast gets streaky thick colour that takes ages to dry.
And we can’t have a rainbow without a snail! Draw in the arch first in your chosen colour.

Now snazz it all up with a cute wee face and some dots to fill in some body areas.
Just take your pen and using an up and down motion leave dots. Do not push the nib into the pen barrel that will cause paint to leak out onto your rocks.
Draw in the oval bee bodies first in your chosen colour.
Add in some grass and some flower heads.
These colours are all done with Acrylic Paint Pens but also so easy to do with Acrylic Paint.
